Standard delivery will usually occur within 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted by one of our Courier/Delivery Partners, notifying you of a proposed date and time of delivery. It is your responsibility to liaise with the courier if the time given is not suitable. In the event of a delay to our standard delivery times, we will endeavour to notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Our standard delivery charge is £15 per order, on all orders up to £150. Orders in excess of £150 will be delivered free of charge.


Naturally, we welcome customers world-wide. Should you live outside of the UK and wish to order from us, or if you would like to send a gift overseas, please contact us to discuss delivery. Such deliveries will be dealt with on an individual basis, and may be subject to taxes and import duties applied by the country to which we are shipping. For this reason, we are not able to suggest costs/charges without consultation.
